Stab, Twist, Release

I was walking past a feild when I noticed the morning dew.
The way it sparkled in the sunlight reminded me of you,
because your eyes sparkle in the sunlight too.
So I send you this message in hopes you'll send one to me,
because I know in my heart that there's a chance we'll forever be.


Notes: This was written sometime in 2007, in a sudden brust of inspiration. Well, not so much a burst as a spark. I wrote it just because the words just seemed to fall in place. I used only simple rhymes so I wouldn't say that it's my best work but it's the earliest recorded one.
